Reading the editors view at Yated Ne'eman,made me think how low we are sinking.

The chassidim you speak of are no doubt, closer to the unquestioning faith of a good christian than a jew. There belief in the infallibility of the "tzadik" is akin to the christian's belief in the infallibility of the church. If the priest says to do it, it must be done. Suck on this you Williamsburg Wigglers!!!!!!! Oh, if I said that quote came from the "rebbe" they would...suck on it, that is.
I must admit (it is embarassing) that I actually wasted some time and read some of the rag that they call yated neeman.
some of my comments;there was a "moda`at evel" for a "rebbetzin" who was recntly "niftar".there were hespedim for "zichra

The Russian authorities made it standard practice to close Mikvaos for "health reasons".
Truth be told, these mikvaos were dirty. (And men's mikvahs still are). Which does not mean that your grandmother did not care for health. It means she respected Halacha.
Metzitza B'Peh has been practiced for THREE THOUSAND YEARS. How many kids have gotten sick? How many?
